My family was very impressed with the complex. Location is fantastic. It’s small so the amenities(pool, playground, dog park, fire pits) are never overly crowded which is really nice. It stays pretty quiet, residents are all friendly. The manager is always nice and goes above and beyond to help. We’ve made great friends here.
I am new here but know I'm going to love it. Beautiful community and folks so far have been very friendly. Staff in the leasing office were awesome to work with! Thank you, Brianna and Seth!
Wonderful complex! It is small, quiet and in a central location. It has a dog park, pool and playground. The best part is the grilling stations and fire pit! The office staff and maintenance team are awesome and truly care about their residents. Crystal always goes above and beyond to meet your needs.
I’ve lived here for almost 2years - renewed our lease till may of 2021. I think our complex is pretty great and the people who work here are pretty awesome, generally very kind and caring (with the exception of maybe 1 or 2 staff, they can’t all be gems) My neighbors are kind of young and so you deal with the weekend parties and loud music but it’s usually done by 11/12 which is fine with me. RUN AWAY from this place!!! Management is horrible, extremely dirty hallways and parking garage, this place is INFESTED with COCKROACHES!! These are not your normal cockroaches either, they are huge!! They are outside and inside your apartment. I would find them in my dyer, shower, and even bed! No matter how clean you are they just come with the apartment. They will spray but 4 days later the cockroaches will be back. Thank god this was only a 7 month lease. This complex is great however you better watch out. One blade of grass a half a cm from your tire WHEN YOURE PARKED ON THE CONCRETE will get your car towed!!! DURING A PANDEMIC WHEN NO ONE HAS MONEY FOR AN UNEXPECTED FEE! Plus no warning at all. Not a sticker on the window. Not a note on our door. Nothing. Just oh, you’re SOL. Have a nice day! Worst Place ever with the rudest people! Being with Elysia Plemons, she's racist and mislead us from the beginning! She never wanted us to proceed with the application for the apartment because there was "a better fit!" This was because my fiancé and I are successful AFRICANS! She never sent us the wrap up tour info she promised, she kept lying stating she forgot it in her draft! Yet, never sent it over! The leasing Mgr was just as rude! These people are racist, I wouldn't recommend renting out here!
