Lakes of Bellevue has been a great place for me to be since last March 18, 2015. My husband died on Christmas in Ohio. He had been my high school sweetheart. I needed to move home to Nashville to be close to family. My daughter and her husband found this complex and decided i would like it. That was the truth for me. I have enjoyed living here. Lakes sucks period !!! Management rude , they don't fix anything .. Application process is terrible .. I'm being charged more on my rent because they screw up at the beginning .. They don't fix anything after I told them months ago... Great place to live huh ? Yeah right .. I bet the people who own the properties don't care either .. Bad business and let's so how fast it goes down hill like Iroquois lol
Well I've lived in the Lakes for almost 1 year. We have never had a problem with getting things fixed, the office usually sends someone the same day. I have only One issue with residents is that dont clean up after their dogs when they walk them.
