I worked with The Lakes on an event for our company and it couldn't have gone better! The staff was incredibly organized and professional, the people who came to the event were incredibly kind and personable, and the property was gorgeous! I would recommend this property to anyone!! It was one of our best events!!
The Lakes is awesome, if you like nature, idk why you would live anywhere else. There is an abundance of wildlife that includes deer, turkey, ducks, geese, and a variety of song birds. Combine that with catch and release fishing ponds, along with great hiking trails, it's a country boys home away from home in an urban area like Nashville. The Lakes is a beautiful community! I love how it is surrounded by trees and over 5 miles of hiking trails. I highly recommend this property.
Wow, great place. coming from California this has been my home away from home, so clean, so inviting, friendly staff convenient to everything. I couldn't ask for anything more. prices are great!
I love everything about living here at The Lakes! This is definitely the best place to live in Nashville during the spring time. The trees are starting to bloom and sound of the fountains is so relaxing. I can't get over how gorgeous it is here!
Of all the communities I've lived at in Nashville, The Lakes Bellevue has been the best! The amenities, the views, and the people made my time at The Lakes memorable. I definitely recommend anyone looking for a home in the area to look at The Lakes Bellevue (and look no further). 😁
