Great folks and service in the Urgent Care departement. Made me feel like a "family member" after four days of twice-daily visits for treatment. One of those weird things that hit someone. Dr. Hawk and Dr. Yankey plus the nursing sfaff, two thumbs up!!!
Got a certified letter that Michael Sutcliffe decided to discontinue my care as a physician, with no explanation as to why. Multiple calls to the Indianola offices have gone unanswered. Very unprofessional lot.
I was seen by a Dr in the Podiatry.I was pleased with what the Dr had done for Treatment I paid the co-pay then the Dr wanted to do a follow up appointment he told me there was no copay on follow up appointment. Then I had seen another Dr in the same Dept I was pleased with the treatment and want me to come back for a follow up appointment they billed me for a co-pay the follow up appointment the Management is at fault for this so BEWARE THAT IT IS NOT ALWAYS WHAT THEY SAY Thanks
The doctors I have had are great. Communication is horrible. Tell me the appointment is in ankeny and I'll be there. I have a job I need to get to so, no I can't go to the 140 time. Ugh.
Thankful for TIC ENT today!! Dr. Zlab, Sheryl Neal, and his staff worked in a friend today (last minute) that needed to be seen before the holiday weekend for possible sudden hearing loss. I am very appreciative!!!!
The doctor in internal medicine has gave my wife the run around and she is so sick the doctor just blows her off and the doctor is rude she needs her licenses taken away from practicing medicine my wife is in so much pain from all this
Iowa Clinic must have a new policy of having the receptionist at there office be rude and nasty to their patients. My last 2 visits at different offices have been extremely unprofessional and very rude.
