That are not a good clinic do NOT go here. They allow me to suffer for months b4 referring me to a specialty clinic that with proper care I wouldn't have needed! UnityPoint on university is a much better truly caring clinic
RecommendedDr DeFran has been my primary physician for over a decade and I have nothing but praise for him. He is a kind and compassionate doctor who listens, explains all options and treats with scientific common sense. I leave his office each time feeling like the most important patient.
These people really know what they're doing. If you need and specialist, come here! Very nice and knowledgeable staff.

We came from Indianola—the employees were courteous and helpful—they let us know both by phone(when I called) and in person that there would be at least an hour wait—the waiting area was full when we arrived, but patients were being called back at regular intervals and everyone there was pleasant and polite. My whole family goes here. I see Frank Raymond. My wife sees Stephanie Cox. Our son sees Dr. Pelzer, and with another child on the way my wife is also seeing Dr. McEntaffer. I wouldn't take my family anywhere else.
Called me at 3:54 and left a 20 second voicemail, I called back at 3:57. Was on hold for 15mibutes before talking to a human and was told with a laugh she was gone for the day. Not that kind of girl I want trusting with my medical well being. And the hold "music" is terrible by the way.
