i HATED these doctors at the obgyn clinic!!! if u dont do what THEY think is right they badger you and insist their way is the right way! NEVER GOING BACK!
RecommendedThe Iowa Clinic was very helpful. The options were explained and outcomes were clearly defined. I am pleased with the services at the clinic. I would recommend their friendly, professional staff. I would also return if the need presents itself.
The online system for appointments and records is amazing. The physical therapy receptionists have my laughing at each appointment check in. The Iowa Clinic is an enjoyable way to take of the not so enjoyable medical things. Wendy Volkert deserves the utmost kudos as well! She goes above and beyond trying to solve my pain after my car accident. She makes sure I leave feeling better then when I came! She makes each session enjoyable and less of a have to and more of a want to to resolve my pain. Thanks Wendy you’re the best!
Very nice and apologized for running late
I was abused by an audiologist at your West Des Moines location. When she put the metal head thing on me she snapped it on my head even after my mom had told her that I was having head and ear pain. Instead of apologizing and firing her we got a letter in the mail from the doctor stating she will no longer be able to see me. This is so twisted! I believe the doctors name was Daniel and her last name started with an L. Horrible and traumatizing experience to say the least!
the help and knowledge of the staff drs and nurses and treatment is 100 times better tan those at the unity point clinics, i feel my health is in goods hands at the iowa clinic
the down town clinic is awesome-- very friendly -- and helpful !!!!
I recommend if any women struggles with Bladder Leaking, to see Doctor Stephanie Morgan. She is Amazing being only 34 and having to deal with this problem at such a young age after even having surgery already. She listens to me and is willing to fix my problem. Oh and also she is funny
