Can't thank Dr. Hawk and nurse Tracy for the exceptional care given to my husband today in Urgent Care, WDM. Due to fast action and connections with the imaging department and Dr. Mohr we averted an ER visit and possible hospital stay! Iowa Clinic staff are the BEST!
The WDM urgent care was terrible today. I waited 30 minutes in the room after the nurse rudely took all my info (didn't even introduce herself)... I poked my head out the door to ask them to tell the front desk my kids were going to be there soon & to let them back & the nurse rolled her eyes in my face!! Patient satisfaction/experience must be a low priority (if any).
