I am a travel agent that booked my client here this past weekend. There were a few issues with the room my client was in. I cannot say enough great things about the manager on duty, Joel! He provided TOP NOTCH service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ He assured there was champagne upon arrival, helped work out a few issues over the week, and ultimately was the selling point for this hotel! With Joel around, I’d recommend this hotel 10/10 times in the future 🍍🍍

We loved this hotel! From the moment I messaged about the dog policy to the very last minute when we checked out the service was perfect and they were all so friendly! We would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again next time we're in San Francisco!

Pulled into SF last minute and this was our stop, beyond pleased! Animal friendly! Absolutely love the room and bathroom, on the smaller side but not a problem for us. Loved the hotels set up, from the front doors all the way to the rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Not the best area I assume in SF but we were only there for a night, definitely do the parking garage if you’re staying for longer though. Already recommending and can’t wait to go back!

It’s small and not in a very good area of SF. The hotel smells old and the self parking is over priced for what it is.
