We are open from 11-4:30. In store showroom tours are available by appointment with face coverings and plenty of distance. We are allowing one customer pair in at a time with proper physical distancing. Please be patient with our team. We are available by phone for water care product orders to be picked up or for home delivery. We are also available to give virtual showroom tours so you can shop for hot tubs from the comfort of your home. One experience so far with Service department. Sales was outstanding, service has been incredibly BAD! 5 month old $18,000 hot tub, heater broke, they charged me $80 for warranty visit (wth??). Apparently service tech (Mike) came out, complained about my top opener not being “factory”. I have no idea what happened? If it’s fixed? What was broken? No follow up. (After he broke my opener) This after repeated calls to service to try to get answers. Can’t recall and worse customer service experience, did I mention it’s a 5 month... read more
