We are allowing one customer pair in at a time with proper physical distancing. Please be patient with our team. We are available by phone for water care product orders to be picked up or for home delivery. Great service. Friendly However today I picked up a new electrical box for my spa. After reattaching the electrical wires the outlet was upside down. I had to unscrew the box which was not easy to attach. And start all over Why would they put the outlet upside down I’m a long time customer. So let me know

Hi Tina, It sounds like you got a 20amp plug from us. Our 20amp cord and plug fits the manufacturer 20amp receptacle correctly (upside down). This is the way the manufacturer provides these items to us to protect the end user from using a standard 15amp receptacle with a 20amp plug. Sorry for any inconvenience. Mike was our hot tub specialist. He has excellent pros and cons about their products. There are so many hot tubs and how they are warrantied and how they work, that it is mind boggling. The answers that he had made sense. Consequently we purchased a fantasy model from him. We were prepared to purchase from another place but are glad we spent the time to check out the Hot Tub Store in Vacaville.
