We are allowing one customer pair in at a time with proper physical distancing. Please be patient with our team. We are available by phone for water care product orders to be picked up or for home delivery. We are also available to give virtual showroom tours so you can shop for hot tubs from the comfort of your home. I really appreciated the responsiveness I received from Bridget when I had some trouble figuring out some of the procedures. She actually came by the house to show us and make sure that we were comfortable and satisfied with our purchase. She is an unbelievable representative for "Hot Tubs". Not only that, but when we had an issue with a possible leak, their service department was right there! It turned out to be a simple valve cap that needed to be replaced which he did right there on the spot. You can't ask for better than... read more
