We are open from 11-4:30. In store showroom tours are available by appointment with face coverings and plenty of distance. We are allowing one customer pair in at a time with proper physical distancing. Please be patient with our team. We are available by phone for water care product orders to be picked up or for home delivery. We are also available to give virtual showroom tours so you can shop for hot tubs from the comfort of your home. Bought a new Vanguard. Love the tub. Quality product. Wish I would have gotten one sooner. Mike Lady and the staff at the Folsom store were very easy to deal with. Low key, no pressure. They know their product well. I would definitely recommend them.

Nick Hammond greeted my wife and me when we walked into the showroom to answer questions regarding Hot Springs Spas. He was friendly, knowledgable and helpful. We have had a Hot Springs Spa previously and would not seriously consider buying any other make. We needed some technical information to provide to our builder, and he provided us with what we needed. My wife and I felt that Nick was truly meeting our needs, which is the highest order of salesmanship. We would be pleased to do business with him.
