Ohhhh, my goodness, is the Hot Tub Store in Santa Rosa absolutely awesome! From the minute we walked in the door and were greeted by Tony, we had the best, most thoughtful service. Our HotSprings hot tub, now happily installed at our home at Sea Ranch, is fantastic! We are so blessed to have had these folks to work with.

We are avid Hot Springs fans. I use daily, my husband occasionally but it's always super hot, has excellent pressure, is easy to maintain and is of long-lasting quality. The Hot Tub Store in Santa Rosa helps us keep it that way. Brian in service is fantastic for the whopping 2 times we've needed him to come out -- fixes the problem quickly and efficiently + answers any questions. The Rocklin, CA. store location on Granite Drive is close to Auburn, CA., where I live. The store is in a great location with an excellent display of the current models. The staff, including Nick, have been extremely helpful to me in determining the best model for my home. They have also helped me with suggestions and have always returned telephone calls when I needed further information on installation/operation instructions. I would highly recommend this store for your purchase of one of the best rated spas available.
