We are open from 11-4:30. In store showroom tours are available by appointment with face coverings and plenty of distance. We are allowing one customer pair in at a time with proper physical distancing. Please be patient with our team. We are available by phone for water care product orders to be picked up or for home delivery. The Hot Tub Store stands behind its product. We bought a hot tub from the Vacaville Store 2 years ago. This was our second tub purchased from them. No problems with the first one, but the second one we have had problems with it since the beginning. Today the store delivered a brand new hot tub. I am so impressed. The customer service through a difficult situation was amazing. Great repair guys, prompt service and friendly staff. I would not buy a hot tub anywhere else.

I love Hot Springs Hot Tubs..This is th 2nd one we ha e owned in the last 25 yrs give or take a year..These hot tubs are the best. Purchase was east set up was even easier .Staff are there for you any questions any time they know their Product..If your thinking about purchasing a hot tub you won't be disappointed with a HotSprings Spa..I have owned other before Hot Springs and so far this is the one for me..
