We are allowing one customer pair in at a time with proper physical distancing. Please be patient with our team. We are available by phone for water care product orders to be picked up or for home delivery. After putting up with my 12 year old Jetsetter shutting itself off unexpectedly every week or two for a year, I finally broke down and scheduled a service call. Brian, the tech, first diagnosed the problem as the main circuit board. Not an inexpensive repair. But upon closer examination, he determined that it might just be a defective pressure switch which he then bypassed as it serves a redundant function to another safety switch. I went to the Hot Tub store this morning at about 10:25. I didn’t know or didn’t read the e-mail that there hours had changed. They open at 11:00 now! So I decided to wait. At 10:30 Terry opened the door and invited me in. I love the new management and staff at the Hot Tub Store!! They are awesome 👏

I just want to give a shout out to this service center. I called to order a new cover and jet replacement. The call taker was so nice and helpful, she was not going to let me off the phone until my issue was resolved. In fact, I had to take a photo of the jet to send to her so she can order the correct part. The part arrived in two days and I installed it myself. What a great company to stand by their product.
