We are open from 11-4:30. In store showroom tours are available by appointment with face coverings and plenty of distance. We are allowing one customer pair in at a time with proper physical distancing. Please be patient with our team. We are available by phone for water care product orders to be picked up or for home delivery. We are also available to give virtual showroom tours so you can shop for hot tubs from the comfort of your home. Absolutely! Mike Lady is an extraordinary person! He knows his stuff, when it comes to hot tubs. He has over 20 years of experience. His knowledge is a cut above. He is also a really nice person. Marsha Carter was pleasant to work with and kept me apprised of updates. Chris Karle, the electrician, was a delight to work with. He was flexible of his time to accommodate my delivery.
