We are allowing one customer pair in at a time with proper physical distancing. Please be patient with our team. We are available by phone for water care product orders to be picked up or for home delivery. RecommendedI bought my hot tub there a few years ago absolutely love my hot springs hot tub. From time to time I’ve had to go in there for supplies and questions. Very nice and professional people. During Covid I’ve been able to get product shipped to my house very easy to set up

Arrived after 4:30 and noticed the neon sign was on so tried the door. The female clerk ran and unlocked the door for me. She said it was OK and was quite helpful and patient. This store has always been a pleasant place to visit. I would recommend The Hot Tub Store To friends and family.

I purchased my Prodigy Hot Springs spa 3 years ago to replace a previous High Life model that I had installed in early 1991 when I had my custom home built. The circuit board failed after 26 years and could not be replaced, as the part was no longer available. The Hot Springs have an excellent reputation for quality, although they are much pricier than the many other models out there. You get what you pay for in the purchase of a spa.
