We are open from 11-4:30. In store showroom tours are available by appointment with face coverings and plenty of distance. We are allowing one customer pair in at a time with proper physical distancing. Please be patient with our team. We are available by phone for water care product orders to be picked up or for home delivery. We are also available to give virtual showroom tours so you can shop for hot tubs from the comfort of your home. We purchased a Hot Springs Sovereign tub from the Hot Tub Store and were very, very satisfied with the salesperson, the new tub, and the most important part: the “after the sale” level of customer service.
