Disgusting horrible how you treat your loyal employees shame on you!!!!
Is negative stars an option? If so you would get a million of those. How dare you fire that gentleman right before he got his surgery!? What’s wrong with you? Obviously he had perfect attendance because it takes a long time to save up that much sick and vacation time. You should be ashamed of yourself.
Shame on this Home Depot for what you did to that man. That’s disgraceful. I hope he sues your company.

One of your employees, Ron Hall, at the 22nd Avenue site was terminated 30 days prior to a scheduled and needed hip surgery. He completed the preparation process to satisfy HOME DEPOT and yet he was fired 30 days before his scheduled leave to which he was entitled.
