As a frequent home depot shopper I have never received such horrible service in comparison to other locations. Today I was picking up 1 full fencing / fencing supplies for my mother, due to this being not my typical location, I did have to ask for help for a change. I was just there this morning and although it is posted that masks must be worn, it is not enforced. Hopefully Lowes is doing a better job.
Terrible service and staff
I was informed by customer service that this home depot takes returned packages and sells them as new without any type of check. very disappointed in their service . I received a product I ordered online and pick up in store that was 100 percent clearly used previously. I was told I now have to go back into the store and return it. that was the whole point of ordering online. save yourself a headache and buy from Amazon or lowes
I highly recommend you search out any other place of business other than a home depot. I bought my cabinets from home depot because they could provide all of them in a timely manner 10 days ago. I have been getting lied to for 2 weeks. Supposably it shipped on the 5th of this month 17 days and transit from Georgia I could have walked that. Now it appears if the cabinets are starting to buckle from the weight of the granite on top of the cheap things. I should have spent a couple 100 more dollars and gone to lowes. Well where do I start ... I went this morning to price kitchen appliance suites, planning purchasing in the next 30 days + - , the associate that assisted me addressed me as "sweetie" once and "hon" at least 5 times subsequent I am neither your sweetie or honey.For such a large company do you not have sensitivity training?
No, took them 3 months to put a kitchen together, with subs scheduled wrong, incorrectly, and to soon, had to rip out previous installed work because of misjudgment. Store supervisor without any identification, did absolutely nothing except take up space, ( a lot of it) I still have issues from this installation 2 years ago, and will never let them in the house again.
Love Home Depot. But I went there this week and most employees were NOT wearing masks. Please Home Depot, encourage it.
