I hate there LG so called customer service is have tried on phone for help for service technician for a 1500 dollar washer dryer we purchased and they flip flop you all over on phone left me on hold 2 hours this past Saturday 1 hour today, wth kind of customer service is this do not purchase no appliances from this store and expect them to work.This is bullshit! When I asked for management another hour left on phone. You haven't heard the last of me
Your delivery system is horrendous. No shows, constant phone tag, and every time I do get in contact with someone they tell me I have to call this number. When I do, they send me right back to the first number. I'm currently on my fourth transfer and being sent back to sales?! Don't know why. I chose you all because I thought a big business like you all would handle things a lot smoother than a small business. Man, was I wrong.
I happen to like Home Depot over Lowe's, however, the rating I am giving today is because of my Christmas tree. Since the day I bought it, it's refusing to drink water, and now, 2 days before Christmas, if I touch a branch, ALL the needles fall off. Not exaggerating. I have mostly just branches and no needles on the bottom because of my dog. I wish I could attach a photo with this review!
Just wanted to say that we have lost respect for our local Home Depot! It's store # 257 We purchased 2 ceiling fans at the store and twice they told us we could use our military discount. Well we noticed they did not give us the discount like they said.?went back twice and store manager did nothing as far as a discount. They flat out lied to us. Well we have decided to shop at Lowes from now on. I would take my advise and not shop at that store! They could not care less at Home Depot! Never had this happen at other Home Depo... read more

I’m a senior citizen living on social security. I used my credit card today at The Home Depot on 22nd Ave N near 28th Street in St. Petersburg, Fl today. Later today my credit card was used to make unauthorized purchases at two Home Depot stores, one in Virginia and one in New York. A payment was also made to Blue Cross Blue Shield.
