This place can’t even handle a simple project like installing a bedroom door. 8 days & still no call back from the installer to come out & measure. Even though I know it’s a 32x80 slab door, they won’t install it unless they measure the doorframe first, but they will not call me to schedule the appointment. Want a solid slab door on my bedroom because I’m a light sleeper. Will probably have to go to Lowe’s across the street to get the door put in.
I am a Loyal Home Depot Card Member and would love to not be bombarded with sale Reps every time I come in to purchase a produce. Makes me want to go to Lowes a lot more knowing that Sales Reps will not keep coming up to me and pushing me to know about a deal or Product.

I went in yesterday for the first time in a while and EVERYTHING felt like it was moved around! However a gentlemen named Paddy helped me find what I was looking for, without him I would have left in fustration. And he explained they were rearranging the layout since they are a test store. I will definitely be returning more often with staff like him!
It was awesome I've been trying to get some drill bits for my new drill I just didn't think they would be so inexpensive. I also got this really cool wire strippers that I have been trying to pick up. I'm very glad I was able to find this model because it is generally sold out of other stores. Also thank you to Richard sending me in the right direction.
Customer service by Roy in the return department is horrible.
Kind of seemed a bit unorganized at the customer pick-up window.. they lost my paper work.. the order was 4 days late arriving..I know it was memorial day weekend, but had to explain to my customer. Why I had not installed the doors. And created a log jam on my work schedule, but I'd still do business with Home Depot..
I usually have ok experiences in Home Depot but today was horrible. I went in at 9:30 am to make a change to a flooring order I had pending and to pay for it. THREE HOURS later I was leaving the store at 12:20 pm!!! All this due to poorly trained employees who kept taking me in circles and couldn't figure out their own system of doing things. You would think after spending $2,600.00 on this purchase and having to waste that much of my time, the management would have made things right or offered a discount on my purchase but ... read more
