The worse service I will be going to the President and I will reporting them to the BBB as well.
Quite possibly the worst customer service ever. The level of incompetency at this store is unreal. $1,600 and a week and a half later and still no one can tell me why my washer and dryer hasn't been delivered after attempting to deliver a busted dryer. I cannot wait to get my money back tomorrow and never step foot in this store again.
I went with my 9 month old who fell asleep in the car. This was not his normal nap time, but I did not want to wake him while I shopped for supplies to make a "tank" for his Halloween costume. I held him in my arms the entire time, while KENT, a team member, helped me reach and pick out spray paint, pushed my cart around, helped me check out, and then loaded my car. HE HAD THE BEST AND FRIENDLIEST ATTITUDE! Baby never woke up, and I had a great experience because of Kent. Thank you!
The staff may not always be the most knowledgeable, but they're friendly and helpful. For most diy needs, they have what you're looking for and will order it if they don't.
We got some great help from an associate or possibly a manager named Connie (?) in the appliance department. I always go to this store, they're very good!
Guy behind the paint counter was a total jerk. Treated me as if I was an idiot. Calling me princess and other rude remarks. However there was a nice guy that helped me in the isle. He is they only reason I gave this store 3 stars. Now I see ehy women pay more to shop at Lowe's!
Computers or network is down at Home Depot. Thus cannot use credit cards. Lines of people at cash register having to leave their items because they don't have enough cash to pay. Real problem and this is not an April Fool joke. Wait 20 minutes in line to pay and only option if you want your items is to pay cash. I had to use my weekend money, so now have to go back to ATM to get more cash. Not what I expected from HD. Hope the problems are fixed soon to save other customers time and frustration etc.
A big THANK YOU to Ernie in plumbing he was so helpful and kind when I came in for the second time last night with a long list of plumbing supplies and a very rambunctious 18 month old. Thanks for taking the time to see me through!!
