Heard what you did to a long-term employee and Veteran of the us as he was coming upon his hip surgery, I used to be a long term customer of your stores, but after hearing this story and even stories from my parents who live in Arizona and my dad is a veteran and has had issues with the way you treat veterans I think I'm done with your company and its policies. Purchased a Bosch Range hood 8/19 to be deliver 8/22 with a call ahead as it is new construction and someone needed to be there to accept delivery. Ralph's Transfer Company did not call ahead so missed delivery on 8/22. They then rescheduled to 8/29 and told no one - so delivery did not happen. A supposed supervisor then rescheduled to 9/3 - yep you guessed it no delivery. I will now ALWAYS shop at Lowes . I cant stand companies who treat thier employees wrong. I will now only shop Lowes and will tell everyone who will listen to me the same. Stand behind your staff
Why did you fire that poor man 30 days before his hip surgery? He's a veteran and worked for you for five years. He accumulated enough time off to finally get the surgery and you fire him? Disgraceful. Shame on you.
I think we're all waiting to hear why you fired someone, a vet at that 30 days before he goes for his surgery. He clearly worked hard to get to that point. I think the people are disgusted and you should make this right!
I asked to have a sheet of plywood cut to 81 1/4” by 31 1/2”, and I got a piece 79” by 31 1/2”! That is 2 1/4” shorter then i needed. Had to come back and the guy who cut the wood was indifferent, and didn’t apologize! Never shopping here again!

Another one star rating and you lost another customer. Not only that but I will be shutting down all commercial accounts as well. Treat your employees better.
