I'm disappointed in you undermining your employee by terminating him before his operation. This is bad faith, bad business practice, and bad behavior. Home Depot is capable of so much better. So clean it up, make it right, and do better.

Sad Home Depot does not recognize and hold on to long term employees that are dedicated and committed. Veteran or not it is common practice with these guy's to try and keep their work force new and prefer temps. to keep pay roll down, while the board of directors total compensated salary ranges from 3.8 million to 11.6 million dollars...bunch of scumbags!
