I have been trying to get my refrigerator repaired since February and after 7 service calls and multiple parts replaced, the refrigerator still does not work. This is a very expensive large LG french door refrigerator. I have repeatedly asked for a replacement and Home Depot said that is up to the ATS service repair company to determine if the refrigerator cannot be repaired. What kind of joke is that. You guys suck! You fired that veteran 30 days prior to his surgery. I spend thousands in that store every month. Guess what? You just lost my business. My company and all employees will now be giving all our business to lowes!!

Poor services and no discount for veterans unless you are disabled. I won't ever return to Home Depot again !
I love it here. They have special parking just for Lawn Care Nuts! And for some reason, I ALWAYS find plenty of available flat carts every time I go here to load up on Milorganite!! I always buy a throwback glass bottled Coke on the way out too. Who doesn't love the Home Depot? I know I do!! #LawnCareNut
Horrible customer service. Bought a new microwave and after installed it didn't work. They refused to take it back and instead are having the whirlpool repairman replace all the high voltage parts. So basically I paid 399 for a refurbished microwave. I'm disgusted at their lack of care. I spend lots of money at Home Depot. Not a cent more! All my money will now go to Lowes.
