From its not-so-humble beginnings as the home of Carl Hilmer Guenther in 1860, it has been restored into one of the more unique dining experiences in the city. The breakfast menu (served all day) offers Southern Sweet Cream Waffles and breakfast tacos, among other items. At lunch, choose from such entries as Champagne Chicken Enchiladas and Pioneer Taco Salad.

Its a nice place n the scenery was nice the food was good but my sister was eating her food n found a hair in her food n yes they replaced her food but they could have given her a discount or a free meal??
It was awesome didn't mind the wait it was a beautiful place to relax and take pics. The only thing I was sad about I didn't get a cinnamon roll. They ran out.
Every time we go to San Antonio we have to stop here before we leave to go home. It's almost like stopping at Bucees on the way there! I love this place and will wait to eat here! It's that good! The sweet cream strawberry waffles are delicious even without syrup! The bacon never comes wrong and the biscuits are so big but you can't stop eating them! Thank you for always doing what you do!
