I’m excited to be moving in here, the office staff have been very helpful. All of the extra things they have done to make us feel valued, makes me very appreciative. We received our key today and are excited to start making the apartment our home and to check out the dog park. HUGE thank you to Louisa, Shirlita, Hannah and Nick.

The Grand Estates in the Forest is a great place to live! I love how friendly the community is and how well they take care of their residents. Luiza in the leasing office is also very kind and helpful. I recommend this apartment complex. It is my favorite so far! It’s nice to call it home :)
The Customer service is excellent and the apartments are modern and extremely stylish.
I've been living here for almost a year and have really enjoyed my time here. The grounds are very well maintained and the staff are super friendly. Any open maintenance request that I've submitted have been handled promptly and professionally.
La mánager es una persona racista hoy me humilló al llegar los niños de la escuela diciéndome que yo no puedo entrar a la oficina ni andar por la piscina ni por ninguna instalación correcto no estoy en el contrato cosa que se puede arreglar por que mi esposo es el que renta y puedo estar de ocupante con el, me sentí frustrada ya que ella sabe que no hablo inglés y no esperó a mañana para arreglarlo con el ya que es el responsable del contrato. We lived at several of the sister properties and all the staff at each location has been helpful and friendly. We really missed Casey and Natasha. Deloris introduced us to the W3 Properties when we first moved to Texas and provides excellent customer service. Shirlita is very tentative to the needs of the residents and is a great Community Manager. She has a heart for the residents and their needs.
