If you want to move in somewhere family friendly and where you can trust the management and staff, this is the place for you! The complex is quiet and the grounds are very well kept. Management really cares about tenants. Maintenance is quick to respond, usually the same day, and problem is taken care of efficiently. Not well built and poor management. There is maybe one person who has been helpful, but other than that it's people saying they'll get to it or saying they'll address the issue and never hearing back from them again. The noise is terrible and makes living here miserable. Save yourself the misery and look somewhere else. The positive comments are from months ago when the property was still empty. I am not one to usually go out of my way to write a review, but this has to be said. I would not recommend moving here unless you are living in the very top floor. Everyone I have talked to complains about how clearly you can hear your upstairs neighbors. If you are planning on moving here, I recommend living on the very top floor. Do not move to the 1st-3rd floor units.
