Great place, comfortable apartment and great advising service, Luiza the best leasing consultant.
We relocated to the Houston area and didn't know any one and stumbled up on the Grand Estates at the Forrest and Shirlita and Kelli made us feel like family. The entire staff we're great and made our stay a pleasant one. I highly recommend this property and would live here again! They really take care of their residents and often have vendors to come out for resident appreciation events. Thank you Shirlita, Kelli, Nick, and Hana for making our stay a pleasant one and for welcoming my family and I to the Houston area!
TGE in the Forest is an elite property. The place is phenomenal, and the staff make it all 10X better! Every person in the office, beginning with Luiza, Nick, and Hanna are ALWAYS present and willing to help everyone - even if they are already multi-tasking. Their professionalism and diligence to the residents are what makes TGE in the Forest worth living here. If you are even slightly considering living here, look no more. Stop by and these amazing people will love to visit with you.
Shirlita, Kelli and Nick were awesome to work with during our transition. It was difficult moving but they made it easy for us and we are grateful for their help. We didn't get to work with Hannah but she has a sweet soul... on to our next chapter! Patrice Simmons
I love this apartment complex they are so nice... ecspially the front office people @Luzia @Shirlieta @Nick. One of the best things we have done is the waffle night and movie day out. Can't wait to have more fun experiences at this apartment complexes !!!! And dog friendly!!!
Great area, really nice apartments for a great price. Lots of nice amenities. The gym is pretty well stocked with everything you need. Luiza and the office staff are amazing. They've been really helpful throughout the move in process!
Living in The Grand Estates in the Forest has been a great experience. Hanna was helpful and professional. We recommend Hanna in the front office. She is GREAT!!
