The apartments are not all that Grand, especially with loud neighbors that management does nothing about. Oh, don't forget the dog feces and urine that is left in the hallways with the bugs and spiders webs that they refuse to clean regularly. The overflowing garbage areas are a thing of beauty, especially when a good wind blows and you can smell the putrid scent of rotted meat. As a Construction Professional that builds Apartments such as this one, you will not be disappointed!! The management team, especially Luiza, did an amazing job in getting me into my new home essentially site unseen as I work out of state. Houston is my home and so is The Grand Estates in the Forest!!
Youthful place to live, yet very quiet enough for older people to find enjoyable. Luiza helped me, and made the move that much easier. She answered any questions I had and was quick to respond! Lovely place.
