Paper thin walls, you will hear the neighbors conversations clear as day. If you move here, be sure to have them run the water for at least a day or two PRIOR to your move-in day - our water supply smelled like rotten eggs for a week. Door stoppers didn’t align with the doors (small issue but annoying). If you have kids, I wouldn’t bother considering these, you are not allowed to have any toys outside. I recommend this place because everyone is very nice and polite. Hana is amazing she always knows how to help me. When I call I always request to talk to her. Every staff member works hard to make sure we are taken care of properly. Everything is clean and very kept in the office and I love my apartment. Thank you Hana and everyone else you are all amazing!

Good until now for everything except the dog poop lying around everywhere.
Luiza was so helpful with helping us get into our apartment we absolutely love it!
Luiza was so patient and helpful ! I had looked at quite a few places and a huge part of why I leased at the Grand Estates was the customer service! The complex has a good size dog park and is also close to lots of food options and a HEB, definitely recommend!
