I love calling this place our home. The staff is always super sweet and welcoming. The events they do for the community living here are very detailed and always spot on. Their amenities are always spotless. We truly do love it!
I moved into the apartments shortly after they were built and am counting down the days until my lease is up. I have continually watched the quality of the complex decline and now feel unsafe in my own home due to multiple drug busts and arrests. The staff in the office is unhelpful. The parking situation is terrible. You can easily hear your neighbors through the walls and ceilings. I have looked into getting out of my lease early and, short of death, it is impossible. I have lived here for 1.5 years. Parking situation is worse than any apartment I have lived at. Lots of crime/arrests at the apartments. Unhelpful staff, don't seem to care about creating a good living space.
GOOD PLACE Love the layout of the 4 bedroom!! Moving from a house into an apartment we thought it was going to be small, but the way the apartment is design still give us enough space to still enjoy family/alone time. Only thing i wish is that we could have some place for the kids to play instead of the helicopter pad. But overall a very nice place to move into.
Grand Estates in the Forest is a great place to live especially with children. We've been here for 5 mos so far and everyone is so nice and friendly. I made a great decision moving here!!🏽😊
The Grand Estates has great management and whenever I have a problem the maintenance team comes to my assistance. They fix my problems fast and they get the job done right! It's also a very quiet community and there are great places to visit around the area!
The apartments are absolutely gorgeous. I love the hardwood floors, 10 ft ceilings, granite counter tops and especially the big Jacuzzi tubs! The buildings even have elevators so living on the 4th floor is easy. You also get a carport for FREE!
I thoroughly enjoy my stay at the Grand Estates Forest! It feels just like home. Everyone is so nice and helpful. It's the best location for the right price! And the office staff are really friendly and helpful. They will stop whatever they're doing to answer questions, get a package from the mail room, or help with maintenance requests. I will continue to recommend this to anyone wanting to find a safe and welcoming environment to call home!
