The parking issue is unbelievable. They make up "rules" as they go without providing written copies to you. Management is 100% unresponsive. We have called, emailed, hand delivered letters without a single response. Do not put yourself through this.
Beautiful place. More parking than other complexes. You don't feel like everyone is on top of you. Why do all the apartments on 1488 start out as the mansions then change their name? Seems shifty or deceitful to me...just saying!
The parking policy is bogus. They won't issue more than one parking pass but they also don't have enough uncovered parking. I don't pay 1000+ a month to walk past two other apartment buildings in the rain while there's 14 available spots in front of my building and 13 in front of the buildings I walked by. But now I have a sticker mark the size of a 5x7 photo on my windshield which can interrupt my ability to drive. So thank you for caring about my safety and your customers. I absolutely LOVE living here! I literally have no complaints. Great office staff, fun events they always put on, and my apartment is beautiful! ��
