RecommendedGreat experience with Hana Hill on the leasing team, very kind and easy to talk with! Although I will not be signing a lease here, the price, design and style of the A1 unit was certainly a difficult decision to take a pass on. From what I experienced, I would encourage prospective tenants to ask about all fees for initiation and completion of the lease contract prior to signing. Overall, a quality experience and nice facility.

Luiza helped me rent my lovely apartment. She made it so easy and a pleasant experience. I love the green spaces around the buildings. This is really a nice place.

We moved in a week or two ago and so far really enjoying the area as well as the friendly staff! We would like to thank Luiza for being so patient with us when we were trying to decide when to move in and she was so helpful in touring us around and getting us the best date to move in. Would definitely recommend this apartment complex!
I relocated back to Texas and while looking at multiple apartments, I got a call from Luzia to come by and see the Grand Estates. I fell in love with the property. Luiza was so sweet, friendly & her personality made me so comfortable.. I have been here for almost 3 months and the staff are always smiling & working to keep everything clean. I just moved here about 3 weeks ago. I have found the office personnel to be top quality and pay attention to every detail on the property. They walk the property on a regular basis to assure that the beauty of the property is kept up to their high standards.
