Knowledgeable, friendly experienced staff. I had my husbands and my wedding rings melted together to form a pendant then added diamonds. They were able to achieve what I wanted from showing pics. Love the finished piece!

From the moment I entered the store everyone was so friendly. I had been gifted some money from my Grandma and was looking to purchase a piece of jewelry. Amy was understanding of my tears as she showed me various items. We decided on a few items and they also designed a ring in her memory. I picked up the pieces today and could not be happier. I have worked with the great people in the Gem Lab before and will keep returning in the future ❤️
