Was very impressed with Bill Heffner, Service Advisor and the technician (didn't get the name). I had my 2016 Ford F-250 SD service (the Works/alignment) in timely manner. They couldn't do the alignment due to issues I was having with shocks, hub spacers, etc. I had the truck lift by Trick Trucks & Cars that I am not happy with.
