Apprehensive about buying a vehicle online, but Scott was so helpful, correspondence was great. When we finally arrived from out of state to pick up our Ford Edge Sport, we were very impressed that everything was in order and ready to go. Felt very comfortable with the precautions of social distancing, including masks worn by everyone we came in contact with. Great customer service! Considering the pandemic and having to adhere to social distancing the experience of buying from them was great. Definitely would recommend them to others in the market for a Ford vehicle.
when I called to see about getting my car in, I was able to get an appointment that same day. I arrived before my appointment time but was taken immediately. I was particularly pleased with the politeness of the agent and also with the steps taken to abide by the Social distancing mandate. I really felt that my patronage was appreciated. While I know that they have many customers, I feel that they were pleased to get my business and showed that in the care they provided.
I recently just bought a 2020 mustang. I was buying a car out of state for the first time. Corey Burda was extremely helpful and patient with all the questions that I had. I would definitely recommend Corey and the fredrick motor company to people looking for a no pressure car buying experience.
