They have flexible add-on options for extended warranties and GAP insurance but will not push you into purchasing something you don’t want or can’t afford (my case right now, trying to stick to a strict budget). Great service and fair pricing.
I had an excellent experience today. I had an issue from a previous oil change and due to personal health reasons, was not able to get back to the dealer to have it taken care of for several months. Well today, the manager (sorry didn't catch his name) was able to find the part in stock and installed it for me free of charge. I have used the Quick Lane and the body shop, also with excellent results. I will continue to bring all of my vehicles to the Frederick Motor Company. Keep up the good work! I am a customer for life!
