Went in tonight to purchase a 2019 Expedition Platinum model and after a not so pleasant experience that had me heading for the door.... FMC made it right. So far very happy with the 2018 Ford Escape SEL I bought to replace my 2012 Honda Fit. The probability of the Escape is amazing. I love the safety features and remote tailgate and heated seats. I also love the sync feature with phone to use Waze maps. The other must have feature that I didn't know I needed is remote start and lick and unlock on my cell. I used remote start all the time this past winter. Travels well in snow and in heavy rain fall.
