All ways very professional
The service center is absolutely horrible had to take my car in for a warranty issue was told I will not be provided a rental because a part that I was told was not in stock is in stock and I should have bought an extended warranty. I was being told to different thing between on the phone and in person.

I have been trying to get my computer system fixed in my Ford F-150 for over a year now. I have taken it in for service multiple times and it’s never fixed. This last time they returned it (still not fixed) I suddenly had no brakes. It had breakers when I drove it in. They completed the under warranty repair but now it has a bad vibration in the front end. Every time they give it back to me something else is wrong and the original problem has still not been fixed.
