Salesman was great. My beef is with the service department. I had a 9 o'clock appointment for an oil change and tire rotation rotation. It took two hours. And Everytime I have to reset my headlights that they're on all the time.
The service department is top notch! Always professional, courteous, and friendly.
This was our first experience with The Frederick Motor Company and I was very disappointed with their service department. They charged us over $100 and couldn’t perform the work we requested on a 2018 F150. I truly believe they had a responsibility to evaluate the work requested in advance and advise the customer they are unable to complete it.
Smooth out the confusion in the Service Department .
