I recently hit a deer in my 2016 Mustang and took it to the body shop here and they fixed it up in no time and I swear to god it looks better than it did when I bought it they did a fantastic job! My decklid had gotten keyed and they fixed that as well and I swear it looks like a mirror.

I have been using FMC for so many years. Ken and Bunny provide superb customer service. Always greet you with a smile. My maintenance package expired and I could take my truck elsewhere for oil changes and maintenance, but I trust this team and will continue to go back. Bunny at the service department was very helpful. They took every precaution to provide a safe environment for their customers. They even wiped down my keys. This was my first time with this dealership and I was impressed.
Not the best experience at a dealership when I walk up to the service advisor and told him the issue with my sunroof he told me that they don’t look at those to go to another place that he recommended. I just never heard of a dealer tell a customer to go somewhere else. After a short conversation he gave me a appointment date I also wanted a oil change and I mention to him that there was a coupon listed on the website. Customer service was great. Angela made sure the vehicle was still on the lot, Dave made my wife & I feel at home, the finance team got me a great rate, and the process was only a little over 2 hours. Actually glad the local dealers got it wrong. It was well worth the drive from Philadelphia.
