Pretty cool my mom brings in her car for a recall issue, and you tell her its her fault the tranny mount is broken. Its her fault... Not a chance it was due to the issues with the recall, huh? And therefore you couldnt do your job. Ok.... And you run a diagnostic check, without asking her, and charge her for it? And didn't even do any work. Sounds like some shady business to me.
