I would highly recommend. Very knowledgeable and great service. Bonnie at the front desk was great! She even made arrangements for another person to give me a ride home bc their shuttle was 45mins out.
Husband took his truck in for diagnosing an engine issue, now his headlights and turn signal relay don't work. To make matters worse, they won't even call him back about the light issues.
They do not know the meaning of customer service. I called today to schedule and oil change, I hear the guy say "ugh, I don't want to talk to her (they actually said my first and last name)" and then hung up. Called back and spoke to the manager, no apology....waste of time!
Recently purchased a new 2015 Subaru Forester. This was the most pleasant and hassle-free car buying experience ever. I would highly recommend this company. The sales and finance team are top notch.
After getting a quote on a new xl ford f150 at 5k more then a stx edition on a nother lot in md they wouldnt work with me on the price an the sales man was a complete ass he told me just walk away if ur not going do the deal at the price we set an after only offering me 800 on my 03 f150 he acted like a child when i told him i would just keep an he stormed in side the office i will never go back to them for any thing they r over priced an try to take the working man for all he has they an when i asked about buying a ford rap... read more
