This is the most dysfunctional dealership I’ve ever dealt with! The service department is a joke and can’t even get a simple routine oil change service right. I literally left the service department made a right out of the parking lot and smelt oil burning because the oil cap was left off sitting under the hood. Don’t go to this dealer if you want good service!
We,t in for 30 k oil change and check up. I liked that you scheduled your time. It was done and completed on time. Too bad they don't vacuum or clean the car with the service.

Have been having my cars serviced at The Frederick Motor Company for years. Very satisfied .. never mislead..
Horrible car shopping experience. Came in on an internet add that we were assured was their true price. Literally less than an hour after we called, the price online jumped up almost $800. Luckily I took a screen shot of the lower price. The price we were shown when we arrived at the dealership was not the internet price. When asked why we were told "because we take out the destination charge under FMC Instant Savings then we add it back on". How can you list it as a savings when you tack it back into the price ???? I had a great experience with the purchase of my new vehicle. Working with Dennis and Keith was simple and straight to the point.
Up until Easter week the service department has been fantastic. My 2015 F250 6.7 Deisel staring throwing codes and message REDUCE ENGINE POWER, $6400 worth of parts later and a week in the shop, still throws same code and REDUCE ENGINE SPEED, NOT FIXED NOW REDUCE ENGINE POWER IS ON EACH TIME I START TRUCK, INTERNET ON PROBLEM WITH 6.7 Diesel engine, has been known by Ford since 2009, still no way to fix it. Each time they keep I have to rent a vihicle. HOW ABOUT TRADING IT IN ON ANEWTRUCK(gasoline)
