I received a mailing from FMC saying they would pay full kelly bluebook for my trade in if I purchased a new car before the end of the month. I took my mailing to FMC to buy an explorer. The salesman look at the mailing with great concern, excused himself, and when he came back he said the mailing was a terrible mistake and FMC could not accept the mailing. Zero stars is what they deserve. Don’t stand behind their service - one would think parts and repairs should last more than 13 months.
I purchased the maintenance package for my Expedition & it has been the biggest financial mistake thanks to the unprofessional service in the service department here. They say oil changes take an hour yet I'm always waiting AT LEAST double that. The final straw was today when I showed up for my appointment & they told me they couldn't take my car in until 1pm...when my appointment was at 10:30am. I bought my 2015 F250 Lariat from the used car Department. I had an issue with the truck that Ford did not cover under warranty. They stepped up and stood behind their product that they sold me. My family and I used to deal with Hagerstown Ford but have since crossed over and now will only deal exclusively with Frederick Motor Company. Thank you guys for being loyal to your customers after the sale!
Had a service appointment - promptly handled to set up the appointment and promptly greeted when I arrive. all work completed on schedule. Very courteous and friendly interaction the entire time.
