Went in because I had a check engine light on in my truck (which I bought here and had a good experience). Truck is pretty new still under warranty. Asked the service writer if they could put a scanner on it quick and clear the code (Literally takes 2 minutes).He says no, one of the techs would have to do that (no shit) and you would have to make an appointment. Acted like he could care less. I said fuck it went somewhere else. You shouldn't need an appointment to get an obd2 scan. What a joke
