If you are in the market for a used vehicle and tired of the "Good Ol Boy/run around" treatment do yourself a favor and go see Kimmie Cunningham! She was EXCELLENT and highly professional throughout. I typically dislike the whole car buying drama in the showroom but our whole experience was great! Oh yeah, a shout out to Juan in finance, he was great too! I'll be back and feel like I made a friend. �
I've had great service from them everytime I've been there. I use them for my company vehicles which are fords & also take my gmc truck there because the GM service department on 85 is horrible.
Their Service Department is very dishonest. I brought in a defective Nav unit that was known to be defective and under extended warranty for the entire system and they tried to insist that it was the USB plug-end in the console that was causing the problem with the computer and wanted 300 to replace a USB plug in the console. What nonsense. I took it to a dealer in Gaithersburg who replaced the defective Nav computer without any questions. Works great now. Cost zero. Thanks Frederick Motor Company for wasting half a day.
I want to let everyone know I purchased a new 2016 Ford F150 in March from Ford Motor Company on Waverly Drive, in Frederick, Maryland. I have had it in the shop 4 times for the same problem, and it has not been resolved. I was sold a lemon. I have been informed from their shop Foreman, that this is a known problem, but there isn't a fix for it.
