After CAREFULLY doing our homework on the trade in value of our 2012 Ford Explorer using the Ford Motor Company website we went to trade in our vehicle today. We learned that the sales folks at Fpord don't actually use their very own web based valuation program and the offered us substantially less. Great service easy to deal with. Made my first experience buying a car great!
Just picked up our 2007 Expedition from the collision crew at Frederick Motor. The vehicle looks brand new again, extremely clean inside and out, and was ready when promised. Very reasonable price also as this was not an insurance claim. We are very pleased and highly recommend Mike and his gang!
