Easy to work with and extremely knowledgable
I specifically put in my project desc. that I had a mold problem in my ducts and needed help. Bob sounded very knowledgable and said that as part of the service, they would look at my ducts with an infared camera to ensure no mold was there. Not only did we have to reschedle b/c the guy didn't have the right equipment but he didn't inspect the ducts w/ the camera even though that was promised. The Cooler Co. was good to work with. They did the work at a good price. I may use them on other projects.
Did several bids and the Cooler company provided the low bid. They did the work on time and the service technician did an excellent job. Went above and beyond in several areas. This was a new high efficiency furnace for my daughters home.
A thermal couple, (for my garage furnace) I had you come out to repair; you charged $85 service call to come out, $200.00 for the part; at Ace Hardware, this part is only $10.49. I feel this is robbery of my money & I will NEVER hire you again, and this is the reason.

This is what we need to pay are bills out of that 285.00 I have to pay the Tech to drive out plus fuel to fix it and drive back. I also have to pay the person to answer the phone pay for the phones pay for the builsing the phones are in. workers comp liability and several other overhead charges there are never any repairs made without the homeowner aproval this customer could of paid the 80.00 and fixed it themselves but choose for us to fix it to complain later.
They did an excellent job explaining what they were doing and spent time actually cleaning everything.
The Cooler Company replaced my furnace and did a good job. They rescheduled our initial appointment due to an ill technician but it wasn't really a problem. Other than that, they completed the work on time and with no problems. Furnace works great.
Fast and clean replacement of crawl space furnace. Lowest bid on the project and held to their estimate. I would refer anyone for quick service and work done by the Cooler Company.
